We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) for Customer Motorsport with a strong GT3 background to take ownership of our GT project. The role is based at our Cologne headquarters.

Your tasks:
- Holistic market and customer management for GR Customer Racing with a focus on Europe
- Strategic planning and execution of international GT racing events (especially GT3): management of performance cars, race operations and service providers with full budget responsibility
- Continuous development of the GR Customer Racing Support strategy, aligned with overarching strategic and commercial objectives
- Set and deliver milestones, forecasts, budgets, resources, project charters and risk management
- Acquisition of new customers for the GR Customer Racing vehicle portfolio and support of the sales process together with internal stakeholders
- Stay fully up to date with global GT3 activities, regulations, customer trends and competitive landscape to effectively support Toyota Racing customers and enhance project success
Your profile:
- Completed university degree in business administration and sound technical understanding
- Profound experience in global customer motorsport with a clear focus on GT3 (mandatory); GT4 is a plus
- Several years of professional experience in project management as well as the organization and leadership of professional GT3 racing teams
- Sound English language skills
- A “customer first” approach with strong interpersonal skills to build collaborative relationships and resolve conflicts when necessary
- Strong drive for results and stakeholder satisfaction
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and travel
- Experience with Japanese culture is a bonus
