We are looking for a Storage Solutions Specialist to work within our Logistics Solutions team to drive forward the growth of storage solution equipment (racking equipment).
About the role
The role involves creating sales opportunities by meeting customers direct requirements and expectations surrounding storage solutions equipment. On a day-today basis this is what you would be doing:
- Identifying and winning sales opportunities for storage solution products
- Liaising directly with design teams in UK and Europe to produce required customer specifications
- Project management of live projects from implementation stage to handover
- We are looking for somebody who has experience with selling storage solutions (racking equipment).
Here is a quick tick list for the other skills we are looking for:
- Graduate or HNC in mechanical engineering or related discipline such as Logistics or Material Handling speciality (or Non-Graduate with Minimum five years’ experience and proven track record with named projects within our industry)
- Minimum three years’ experience and proven track record with named projects
- Evidence of directly related experience of delivering projects in Storage / Material Handling Equipment fields such as racking, shelving or conveyor systems
- Proficient use of specialist software systems, including; AutoCAD layout/design/configuration, simulation software and costing system
