We are looking for a Forklift Service Engineer (Field Technician) to join our After Sales team. About the Role:
As a Forklift Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing forklift trucks and other material handling equipment at customer sites. You will play a key role in keeping our customers' operations running smoothly by providing a responsive, professional, and high-quality after-sales service.
We're looking for someone with experience as a Forklift Service Engineer, Forklift Technician, Field Service Engineer , or in a similar role working with industrial, plant, agricultural, construction, or material handling equipment.
To succeed in this role, you'll ideally have: Proven mechanical engineering experience, with strong fault-finding and repair skills. Basic electrical knowledge and diagnostic experience (desirable). Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skills. The ability to work independently and manage your own workload effectively.
Strong communication and customer service skills. The ability to build positive relationships and establish good rapport with customers. A proactive approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. A full UK driving licence.
