We are looking for a Service Team Manager to lead and support a team of technicians to provide industry leading frontline customer service.

About the role:

The role involves leading a team of technicians to successfully deliver excellent customer service. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:

  • Working with and leading your team of service technicians
  • Managing customer relationships in your regional area
  • Performing technician duties as and when required
