We are looking for an experienced administrator to work within our contracts support team in our Castleford business centre. You will help us provide timely and efficient administration for customers and internal departments.
About the role
This is a fast-paced position which will appeal to candidates who thrive in a varied and challenging role. On a day-to-day basis your activities will be:
- Validate all aspects of Long Term Rental contracts and related documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with our sales force and other related departments ensuring customer and contractual requirements are aligned.
- Cross-check and process orders for the sale of Ex Rental trucks whilst liaising with our Fleet Management Centre up to point of delivery and invoicing.
- Administrative support of our Ex-Rental fleet stock records.
- Handling of external and internal related enquiries.
