We are looking for a Service Team Manager to lead and support a team of technicians to provide industry leading frontline customer service.

About the role:
The role involves leading a team of technicians to successfully deliver excellent customer service. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
Working with and leading your team of service technicians
Managing customer relationships in your regional area
Performing technician duties as and when required
We are looking for someone who has knowledge of service operations and providing excellent customer service.
