We are looking for a People Support Assistant – Onboarding to be part of our People Support and Development team at the Castleford Business Centre. You will provide high-quality support for the People Support team with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.
About The Role
The role will involve managing the recruitment process from start to finish with a focus on recruiting the best people to join the company in a timely manner and within budget.
What you would be doing:
- Support the People Development team with facilitation of face-to-face and online learning.
- Create new and audit current job adverts and job descriptions.
- Search for potential candidates and make contact to promote vacancies.
- Set up interviews and follow up with feedback.
- Develop and update reports related to HR and recruitment.
- Provide support for the functional HR team including HR calls, welfare calls, meetings and processing.
- Support our Fleet team with basic administration tasks.
