We are looking for a People Support Assistant – Onboarding to be part of our People Support and Development team at the Castleford Business Centre. You will provide high‑quality support for the People Support team with a focus on recruitment and onboarding.

About The Role

The role will involve managing the recruitment process from start to finish with a focus on recruiting the best people to join the company in a timely manner and within budget.

What you would be doing:

  • Support the People Development team with facilitation of face‑to‑face and online learning.
  • Create new and audit current job adverts and job descriptions.
  • Search for potential candidates and make contact to promote vacancies.
  • Set up interviews and follow up with feedback.
  • Develop and update reports related to HR and recruitment.
  • Provide support for the functional HR team including HR calls, welfare calls, meetings and processing.
  • Support our Fleet team with basic administration tasks.
