We are looking for an administrator to join a growing department based at our business centre in Castleford. You will be part of a team who provide timely and efficient administration for customers and internal departments. This is a temporary role for 24 months. About the role The role involves providing an effective support function to both Rental and Service departments. On a day-to-day basis your activities will be; Provide internal departments and external customers verbally or in writing any information they may reasonably require Validate and process contracts and sales orders Examine and validate electronic worksheets completed by service technicians and dealers Resolve worksheet & invoice queries from customers and credit control Processing of service assignments ready for invoicing, accurately, efficiently and on a timely basis. We are looking for someone who has experience in an administrative role or has transferable skills from another business area.
