We are looking for a Workshop Technician to work within our Operations department to maintain and service a wide range of materials handling equipment. Overview
The role involves providing the assembly, maintenance, repair and service of a wide range of material handling equipment including forklift trucks and warehouse equipment. On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:
Responsibilities
- Repair, maintain, service and modify all material handling products
- Perform technician duties outside of the workshop for a proportion of time
- Resolve customer queries/problems
Qualifications
- Electrical and mechanical experience in a similar role
- Material handling experience is beneficial, but training will be given
- Excellent communication skills
- Good team working skills
- Strong IT skills
- Good time management and organisational skills
