We have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Contracts Manager to join our team in Slough.
About The Role
This role involves providing an effective contract management process that safeguards against legal actions by fulfilling contractual requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Legal contract management
- Control all formats of contractual documentation within Toyota Material Handling UK
- Check and administer rental, service, and all commercial agreements
- Review, record negotiation, and sign-off of Non-Disclosure Agreements
- Liaise directly with Customer’s legal teams on contract negotiations
