We are looking for a Credit Controller to work as part of our finance team to help us to follow the receipt of money from our customer accounts and ensure credit facilities are not exceeded. This role comes with a competitive salary, an attractive company pension and the opportunity to work for a great company. This role is based in Slough.
About The Role
- Responding to customer queries relating to their accounts by phone and email
- Monitoring the content of accounts within your control
- Ensuring records complete, accurate and up-to-date to enable quick reference
- Following-up on invoices
- Identifying and reporting any areas of concern for prompt appropriate action to be taken
We are looking for someone who has experience working in a similar credit control position.
Required Skills
- Experience working in a credit control / accounts receivable role
- High quality administration skills
- PC literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Effective communicator
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
