You’ll need to be a qualified accountant with strong financial planning, reporting and controlling experience, and a genuine passion for partnering across the business. A core part of the role is partnering with teams across the organisation including Go To Market, Product and other internal departments to help them understand and control their budgets, manage a significant retail and fleet incentive budget, and ensure financial data is robust and well-governed. You will also oversee aspects of daily banking and treasury, collaborate with shared service teams, and line manage a Finance Placement Student.
