We are seeking a detail-oriented team player to join the Product Quality Team at Toyota GB, following the promotion of a current specialist to a more senior role. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing data from various sources, identifying opportunities and trends in product quality, and reporting to Toyota Motor Europe (TME). You will also mentor team members, influence network partners, and conduct physical or remote Go & See inspections on vehicles to understand root causes of issues. Full training on TGB systems and products will be provided.
Based at our Eco HQ in Surrey, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences and support our commitment to quality and innovation. The role offers opportunities for professional development, involvement in cross-functional projects, and direct communication with customers to enhance product quality and service.
