Overview

As part of Toyota GB, the Retail Programmes Specialist supports the Marketing Programmes team by leading the delivery of Retail Programmes, working with One Toyota stakeholders to ensure seamless launches each quarter. The role includes tracking performance and effectiveness, identifying risks and opportunities, and communicating insights to senior stakeholders. This position offers opportunities to collaborate across the One Toyota organisation and with Network Partners, build cross-functional relationships, and develop skills in tools like Excel and Power BI.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Retail Programmes within the Marketing Programmes team, coordinating with One Toyota stakeholders to ensure quarterly launches.
  • Track performance and effectiveness of programmes, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the One Toyota organisation and with Network Partners.
  • Develop and apply skills in tools such as Excel and Power BI to support decision-making and commercial understanding.

Qualifications

  • Educated to Degree Level.
  • Experience working with and managing a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience working within a business environment.
  • Experience working with Data - Power BI.
  • Residency in the UK and within or willing to relocate to a commutable distance of the Eco HQ.
