We’re looking for a Finance Manager who can combine sharp financial insight with strong business partnering to help drive our organisation forward. Join a trusted, passionate Finance & Purchasing team at the heart of the business—where your expertise, ideas and ambition will make a real impact.
You’ll need to be a qualified accountant with strong financial planning, reporting and controlling experience, and a genuine passion for partnering across the business. You’ll lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts and management accounts, support key departments in understanding and controlling their finances, and play a major role in managing significant commercial budgets. You’ll bring excellent communication and presentation skills, solid Excel capability, and proven project management experience. Motivated by change and continuous improvement, you’ll be comfortable influencing stakeholders, analysing performance, and finding smarter ways of working. Knowledge of Oracle Financials or Power BI is a bonus.

The Finance Manager plays a key role within the commercial finance function, supporting the business through accurate financial planning, insightful reporting and strong business partnering. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Financial Planning & Controlling, you will lead the preparation and review of budgets, forecasts and management accounts, and present financial insights to senior stakeholders.
A core part of the role is partnering with teams across the organisation—including Go To Market, Product and other internal departments—to help them understand and control their budgets, manage a significant retail and fleet incentive budget, and ensure financial data is robust and well-governed. You will also oversee aspects of daily banking and treasury, collaborate with shared service teams, and line manage a Finance Placement Student.
This is a highly visible, commercially focused role offering broad exposure across the business, the opportunity to influence decision-making, and the chance to drive improvements in financial processes and performance.
To be considered for this role, the skills you’ll need to have include:
- Strong accountancy skills
- At least Intermediate Excel skills
- Proven project management skills having managed a variety of projects from planning to completion over varying length of deadline
- Excellent written and communication skills, with the ability to present, gain consensus and influence key stakeholders
- Motivated by change and innovation
- Passionate about customers & obsessed with delivering a service the way that customers LOVE!
- Residing in the UK and either living within or willing to relocate to within a commutable distance of our ECO HQ
