As an ambitious and motivated Design Engineer (m/f/d) Integration, you will develop and specify mechanical and mechatronic systems for prototype & race cars.

Your tasks:
- Responsible for the conceptualisation and design of mechanical and mechatronic components in the following areas: hydraulics (power steering, engine and gearbox actuation), pedals and steering column, brake system, fuel tank, cooling systems
- Responsible for the project lifecycle including concept, design, prototyping tests
- In charge of producing designs (including required tooling) and drawings as well as providing full documentation in English
- Ensure on-time delivery of projects within agreed cost limits
The successful candidate will:
- Have a degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or equivalent
- Show relevant experience in design of motorsport components
- Have good design skills in conjunction with good knowledge of state-of-the-art technology and materials
- Show good knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
- Display good knowledge and relevant experience of motorsport parts layout and the design of high performance components in the area of e.g. F1, WEC, GT3, GT4, Rally or DTM
- Be proficient with CATIA V5 regarding solid modelling, surfacing & drafting, FEM and the classical calculation methods
- Have knowledge of Teamcenter and MS Office
- Speak English on a professional level
