Deine Aufgaben:
- Unterschiedliche Messaufgaben und Auswahl der PrĂĽfverfahren im Bereich WerkstoffprĂĽfung unter BerĂĽcksichtigung von Bauteilzeichnungen und internationaler Normen
- Probenpräparation, Schliffherstellung und Gefügeuntersuchungen (Composite, Stahl, Aluminium, Titan) für Härteprüfung inklusive Bestimmung von Rand- und Einsatzhärtungstiefen
- Mitarbeit bei der Bearbeitung von Schadensfällen durch Metallographie und Mikroskopie
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung zum Werkstoffprüfer, Metallurge oder Werkstofftechniker oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im o. g. Bereich
- Umfassende Kenntnisse im Bereich Materialprüfung von gängigen Stählen, Kenntnisse im Bereich Titan, Composite und Aluminium von Vorteil
- Handwerkliches Geschick und Kenntnisse maschineller, mechanischer Bearbeitung, sowie technischer Zeichnungen (idealerweise im Automobilumfeld)
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Rasterelektronenmikroskop wĂĽnschenswert
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
