Deine Aufgaben:

  • Ansprechpartner für alle externen Behörden rund um das Thema Logistik und Außenwirtschaft
  • Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresberichten für (Zoll-)Behörden
  • Überwachung der gefahrgut-rechtlichen Vorschriften (nach ADR, IATA-DGR oder IMDG)
  • Regelmäßige Unterweisungen aller Logistik-Mitarbeiter zu Themen wie Gefahrgut und Zollabwicklung
  • Zollrechtliche Prüfung der durch die Spediteure erstellten Importverzollungen aus Drittländern
  • Unterstützende Vorbereitung und Umsetzung von individuellen und spezifischen Transportlösungen
  • Stammdatenpflege

Qualifikation:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung als Kaufmann (m/f/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Bereich Zollabwicklung (idealerweise Kenntnisse Carnet ATA) sowie Gefahrgut
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Import und Export (See, Luft und Straße) wünschenswert
  • Ausbildung zum Gefahrgutbeauftragten wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist sowie hohe Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch unter Zeitdruck optimale Ergebnisse zu erzielen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
