Deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenverantwortliche Verwaltung und Organisation des externen Lagers fĂĽr die E/E-Abteilung
- Annahme, Kontrolle, Einlagerung und Ausgabe von elektronischen Komponenten, Kabelsätzen, Steuergeräten und Motorsport-spezifischem E/E-Material
- Pflege und Aktualisierung der Lagerbestände in den entsprechenden Systemen
- Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Struktur und Nachverfolgbarkeit aller Materialien
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Ingenieuren und Technikern der Abteilung E/E Engineering
- Vorbereitung von Materialien fĂĽr Projekte, Tests und Rennveranstaltungen
- Unterstützung bei logistischen Abläufen sowie bei der Optimierung von Lager- und Materialprozessen
- Material- und Teileplanung und die Erstellung der entsprechenden Anforderung an den technischen Einkauf zwecks Bestellung
- Anfertigung interner Fertigungsaufträge
- Unterstützung der qualitätssichernden Prozesse der Abteilung
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene technische oder logistische Ausbildung – ein akademischer Abschluss ist nicht notwendig
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Elektronik- und E/E-Komponenten (z. B. Kabel, Steckverbinder, Sensorik, Steuergeräte)
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Motorsport- oder Prototypenumfeld
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, da das Lager eigenständig geführt wird
- Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Tools; Erfahrung mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen (idealerweise SAP) von Vorteil
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
