Deine Aufgaben:
- Installieren von gebäudetechnischen Einrichtungen wie Anlagen der elektrischen Energieversorgung, Beleuchtungsanlagen oder Überwachungseinrichtungen
- Installieren von Schalt- und Steuerungsanlagen, Erstellen von Kabel- und Leitungstrassen, Verlegen von elektrischen Zuleitungen sowie Anschließen und in Betrieb nehmen von elektrischen Anlagen
- Warten und Instandsetzen von elektrischen Betriebs-, Produktions- und Verfahrensanlagen sowie Anlagen der Energieverteilung
- Störungsannahme, -Verfolgung und -Beseitigung
- Sicherstellung der ständigen Betriebsbereitschaft von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln
- Betreuung und Koordination von Fremdfirmen und Überprüfung der ordnungsgemäßen Aufgabenerfüllung
Qualifikation:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroinstallateur (m/w/d) für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Elektroinstallateur (m/w/d) für Betriebstechnik, Elektroinstallateur (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, der Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Haustechnik oder in gewerkeübergreifenden Bereichen sind von Vorteil
- Lesen und Interpretieren von Montage-, Stromlauf- und Kabelplänen
- EDV-Kenntnisse
- Eigenverantwortliche, zuverlässige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Dienstleistungs- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme am Rufbereitschaftsdienst
