Responsible for providing campaign administration and ad hoc support to the Marketing Programmes & Communications team. The role also offers opportunities to support the development and launch of Marketing Programmes, review and approve Financial Promotions, and liaise with a large stakeholder base across the OneToyota entities.

The Marketing and Product department creates and promotes customer finance offers to support the sale of new and used cars, along with customer communications. It is divided into two teams: Marketing Programmes & Communications and Product. The Programmes & Communications team is responsible for launching quarterly marketing programmes for retail and fleet, managing network programme communications, internal and customer-facing communications, and monitoring and optimizing campaign performance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage end-to-end Toyota Financial Services and Lexus Financial Services (TFS/LFS) programme administration, collaborating with Toyota Great Britain (TGB) / Lexus UK (LUK) stakeholders. Tasks include liaising, process agreement, creating/distributing financial statements, and raising invoices.
  • Lead monthly administration processes, ensuring timely delivery, clear reporting, record keeping, and stakeholder sign-off coordination.
  • Provide marketing and business reporting as needed, including dashboards using tools like PowerBI, and support performance analysis of initiatives and campaigns.
  • Handle departmental invoice processing, liaise with vendors, raise POs, review/approve invoices, and update the budget tracker.
  • Resolve Centre Network queries related to campaign payments, scheme appeals, and ad hoc requests.
  • Assist in developing marketing campaigns and materials, review and approve Financial Promotions following TFSUK guidelines and FCA standards.
  • Support administrative duties such as arranging meetings, preparing presentations, and assisting with internal audits.
