The role in a nutshell: The role is accountable for driving the success of the KINTO One product within the Commercial team, ensuring that systems, people, and processes are effectively managed and implemented. Additionally, the role involves conducting regular meetings and maintaining strong interactions with both internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
A bit about the ‘Department’: As the Leasing spearhead for Toyota & Lexus, the KINTO One team leads the strategy and direction for this channel within the KINTO UK business, working closely with Toyota GB, Toyota Financial SA. The KINTO One Commercial Operations team is a dynamic and fast-paced team responsible for driving the success of Kinto\’s leasing products. We work closely with various stakeholders, including dealers, brokers, and internal departments, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Overall responsibility for all Broker & Dealer interactions – overseeing and managing the onboarding process for new Toyota/Lexus dealers and brokers, ensuring they are set up correctly within the system.
- Own the dealer & Broker relationships in conjunction with the Broker Manager and hold regular meetings with the Toyota localisation team.
- Ownership of all Commercial processes and user guides for Miles.
- Overall responsibility for systems training (i.e., Miles, Dynamics) within the Commercial team, including designing and implementing the Commercial Miles Training Plan in conjunction with the Senior Manager – Commercial, ensuring compliance with FCA, Consumer Duty, and Vulnerable Customer policies.
- Overall responsibility for the Kinto One Support Model within Kinto and regular meetings with internal stakeholders.
- Attend regular meetings with TGB underwriting.
- Manage the team\’s day-to-day workload, including providing support to dealers and brokers on a range of queries, system-related questions, licensing issues, document signing procedures, activation of finance agreements, final checks, invoice verification, and registration processes.
