About KINTO
KINTO is a leader in full-service leasing across Europe. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager, with experience in the Sustainability industry, to lead the success across key European Accounts for our KINTO Join mobility services and ZERO by KINTO sustainability services. KINTO Join is a smart commuting app, providing parking and EV charger booking, carpooling and emission reporting functionality. ZERO by KINTO is a full-service sustainability solution, focussed on fleet decarbonisation. This role will work closely with partners across Europe to promote our services, secure new business and grow revenues from key multi-national clients.
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced all-rounder, someone who can deliver revenues, whilst taking a strategic approach, identifying new opportunities and supporting our partners. This role will be based in our KINTO Europe office in Brussels, Belgium. Alternatively it can be based in our Burgh Heath office in Surrey, UK, with weekly travel to Belgium and other European markets. Frequent European travel will be required regardless and proficiency in numerous languages will be a huge benefit.
What you’ll get to own
- Accountable for the revenue growth of KINTO Join and ZERO across key partnerships and accounts in Europe.
- Owning the customer management and revenue growth from existing and new multi-national clients.
- Supporting colleagues across Europe with promoting our services to their existing clients.
- Being a professional representative for KINTO Join and ZERO inside the wider KINTO Europe business, building strong relationships and cooperation.
What you will be responsible for
- Supporting colleagues across KINTO Europe to promote Join and ZERO to their clients, and supporting the sales process following an initial introduction.
- Building strong relationships with KEU Direct sales team and sales managers across KINTO, ensuring they are knowledgeable about the sustainability and mobility products.
- Leading the revenue growth from new and existing multi-national users of KINTO Join, including direct approaches and collaborating on opportunities with KINTO clients.
- Providing monthly reports to executive staff on progress and revenues.
- Accurately tracking activities and pipelines via Hubspot.
- Working closely with our sustainability consultants and account managers to ensure accurate proposals and timely delivery of projects.
- Being a strong advocate for sustainability solutions within KINTO Europe.
- Representing KINTO solutions at key international events.

Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales and/or account management, preferably within the sustainability, mobility, parking or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge and passion of sustainability and mobility topics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, able to engage C-suite decision makers.
- Ability to work independently and with colleagues across 11 nations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and at least 1 other major European language. Additional languages are highly valuable.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment with a growth mindset.
- A business/sustainability-related University degree, and/or relevant work experience.
- A full driving licence.
