Toyota Financial Services UK is seeking a Tax & Finance Projects Accountant to join our Finance team, offering a fantastic opportunity to develop specialist tax expertise while contributing to a range of business-critical projects.
This role would suit an individual who already has experience in tax and is looking to broaden their knowledge within a dynamic and supportive environment. Working closely with the Tax Manager, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of tax matters and play an important role in ensuring compliance across several UK Toyota subsidiaries.
About the ‘Department':
Financial Accounting are responsible for keeping an accurate record of TFSUK's total financial accounts, including our assets, equity, expenses and income revenue. Within the team there are a number of different functions, such as financial reporting, Accounts Payable, payroll and tax.
What you'll be doing:
- To support the Tax Manager on matters involving taxation for certain UK subsidiaries.
- Production of IFRS Tax Accounts covering both current and deferred Corporation Tax for the financial statements
- Preparation of Corporation Tax numbers for half-yearly/yearly
