Description

The role in a nutshell: This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of KINTO Lease's commercial activities, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for dealer onboarding, campaign management, and customer support.

This role will play a key part in coordinating with dealers and brokers, managing finance agreements, and ensuring accurate commission processing.

A bit about the ‘Department’: As the Leasing spearhead for Toyota & Lexus the KINTO Lease team leads the strategy and direction for this channel within the KINTO UK business, working closely with Toyota GB, Toyota Financial SA bit about the ‘Department’:

The KINTO Lease Commercial Operations team is a dynamic and fast-paced team responsible for driving the success of KINTO's leasing products.

We work closely with various stakeholders, including dealers, brokers, and internal departments, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

What you’ll be doing

  • Manage the onboarding process for new Toyota/Lexus dealers and brokers, ensuring they are set up correctly within the system.
  • Provide support to dealers and brokers on a range of queries, including system-related questions, licensing issues, and document signing procedures.
  • Manage the activation of finance agreements, including final checks, invoice verification, and registration processes.
  • Process dealer/broker commission payments, ensuring accurate invoice reconciliation and handling any clawbacks or queries.
  • Manage credit lines for K1 customers, including paperwork, queries, and renewals.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks such as vehicle price adjustments, dealer communications, and order cancellations.
