The role in a nutshell: Be the lead contact and manage the Finance Performance across a designated number of dealer partners based in the Manchester and surrounding areas.

About the ‘Department’: The Regional Sales department works to support the Toyota and Lexus Centre Network with the sales of new and used vehicles, utilising customer focused finance programmes creating affordability and accessibility to both brands.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Build value with your Toyota & Lexus partners, agreeing Finance & Retention business plans designed to demonstrate the value that this can add to their business and their customers.
  • Using the TBP approach to identify specific Centres to work with on a deep dive/consultancy basis to improve Finance and Retention performance.
  • Work with partners to enable them to understand the value in proactively managing the finance renewal process.
  • Ensure they have a structure with sufficient processes and capacity to maximise the opportunity.
  • Hold quarterly reviews with senior management to include Finance, Retention and Oversight performance data – agreeing appropriate remedial actions as required.
  • Escalate any Oversight concerns to Dealer Senior management and internal Toyota Financial Services (TFS) and Lexus Financial Services (LFS) management as requested.
  • Build strategic relationships with Dealer Senior Management.
  • Taking a One Toyota approach by working closely with Finance Renewals Managers and TGB Sales Performance Managers to develop Dealer Network performance, holistically.
