Toyota Connected Europe is seeking a Senior Operations Lead to stabilise and transform a service operations team in London. This 3-month contract, with potential extension, focuses on rebuilding ownership, improving reliability and setting the foundation for an engineering-led, ITIL-driven operations model.
You will drive major incidents, define new KPIs, establish an offshore/nearshore support capability, and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver an Ops as a Product roadmap.
