We need a Contractor to join us as a Service Designer to provide support across two concurrent projects focused on EV services and EU market expansion.
Your Experience
- Direct experience with competitor analyses focusing on business analysis, service design, product or UX design
- Some experience coordinating or running research projects
- Experience contributing to design or research deliverables
- Ability to analyse markets and services to make strategic recommendations
Nice to have
- Experience with collaboration tools like Figma or Miro
What You’ll Be Doing
- Competitor & Market Analysis
- Conduct desk research into competitors, comparable services, and industry benchmarks
- Review and document competitor service journeys, touchpoints, and value propositions
- Support synthesis of findings into clear insights, themes, and opportunity areas
- Create competitor comparisons, summaries, and simple visual artefacts
- Support the creation of service design artefacts including journey maps, personas, and service blueprints
- Help document research and analysis outputs in clear, structured, and visual formats
- Support workshops or collaborative sessions where required
- Assist in preparing research materials such as discussion guides, surveys, and recruitment documents
- Support qualitative research activities (e.g. interviews, usability testing, observations)
- Help organise, analyse, and synthesise research data
