Your role
Working within our Argos Distribution Centre, the Service Technician will perform maintenance duties to ensure productivity and output, equipment availability, health & safety compliance and quality. Ensuring installation in top condition. Performing malfunction and maintenance work, as well as carrying out preventive and periodic maintenance, in collaboration with colleagues. Resolving mechanical, electrical and control technical faults.
What we expect from you
- Possession of a City & Guilds / NVQ level 3 or above in maintenance mechanical / electrical discipline.
- Willingness to work shifts including nights.
- Experience with maintenance planning.
Nice to have
- 18th Edition (BS 7671 / wiring regulations).
- Experience within an FMCG manufacturing or automated environment.
- Experience in training/coaching.
