The Role

This is a field-based position with responsibility for managing and growing sales across both independent retailers and key/national accounts. You will:

  • Develop and grow a diverse portfolio of independent retailers including toy shops, gift shops, garden centres, department stores, visitor attractions, zoos and tourism outlets
  • Identify, secure and expand key and national account opportunities across the UK and Ireland
  • Present new product ranges, manage submissions and oversee account development
  • Work collaboratively with our existing sales agents and internal teams to maximise customer reach and sales performance
  • Represent the business at trade shows and industry events

This is a role offering genuine autonomy, backed by strong infrastructure, established customer relationships and market-leading products.

About You

We are looking for an experienced field sales professional or Key Account Manager who understands the nuances of the toy, gift or early years sectors. You will bring:

  • A proven track record in B2B field sales
  • Experience working with independent retailers and/or key national accounts
  • Strong new business development skills
  • Excellent organisation and communication abilities
  • A resilient, proactive and growth-focused mindset
  • The confidence to work remotely while collaborating effectively with a wider sales team
  • Existing relationships within toy, gift, nursery, early years or FMCG sectors (highly advantageous)

Most importantly, you are passionate about building brands, nurturing retail partnerships and contributing to a fast-growing, energetic business.
