Ravensburger is looking for an experienced Product & Marketing Manager to lead its UK 2D & 3D Puzzle category during a maternity cover period.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the world’s leading puzzle brands, collaborating with international teams to deliver successful products and marketing campaigns in the UK market.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Management
- Execute the global product strategy in the UK.
- Manage the local puzzle portfolio, including launches, range reviews and discontinuations.
- Deliver sales, profitability and marketing budget objectives.
- Provide market and consumer insights to support future product development.
- Work closely with Sales and International Product Management teams.
- Manage local pricing, packaging approvals and product information.
- Marketing Management
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, PR, retail and media channels.
- Adapt and activate global marketing assets for the UK market.
- Manage marketing budgets and campaign performance.
- Support retailers with launch materials, presentations and promotional activity.
- Coordinate exhibitions, showroom displays and brand partnerships.
About You
Ravensburger is looking for someone who brings commercial awareness, creativity and strong project management skills.
You will have
- At least three years’ experience in Product Management, Category Management or Product Development within toys, games or consumer goods.
- Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, Power Point, Word and Teams.
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
