Curious Universe is looking for an experienced product development leader to provide hands-on leadership and continuity across our busy Product Development function.
Working closely with our senior leadership team, you will lead and support the Product Development team, oversee the product pipeline from concept through to production and ensure clear priorities, timely decisions and effective cross-functional working.
We are looking for someone with significant product development experience, ideally gained within toys, arts & crafts, gifts, publishing or a similar consumer product environment. You will be commercially minded, highly organised and confident managing experienced managers, resolving issues and maintaining momentum across multiple fast-moving projects.
This is an ideal interim opportunity for someone who can establish credibility quickly and balance creativity with commercial priorities, quality, cost and deadlines.
