Join our team as a School Officer - Administration at St Margaret Mary's College, Hyde Park! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated School Officer - Administration to join our team in a fixed-term, term-time role, working 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day) for the duration of Term 1, from 27 January to 2 April 2026.
The School Officer - Front Reception and Enrolments provides high-level administrative and reception support, including:
- Managing student and parent reception
- Responding to phone and email enquiries
- Data entry and record management
- Mail distribution and money handling
The role responds professionally to enquiries from students, parents, staff, visitors, and prospective families; supports enrolment and re-enrolment processes; prepares enrolment documentation, correspondence, registers, and spreadsheets; and assists with day-to-day school administration. Responsibilities also include:
- Coordinating banking and receipting
- Following up outstanding payments for camps, retreats, and excursions
- Supporting school events and functions
- Administering first aid when required
- Monitoring stationery and first aid supplies
- Providing support to Student Reception as needed
