Salary Range: $149,764 to $157,120 per annum (inclusive of superannuation and allowances, pro rata)
About the role
As an Assistant Principal – Organisation, you will be a senior leadership member of the school’s leadership team, supporting the Principal in achieving the school’s mission and goals. You will provide general leadership and management, maintain teaching responsibilities, and oversee staff formation and student behaviour management in line with the Principal’s guidance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and mentoring staff within a professional learning culture.
- Designing and implementing contemporary pedagogy and curriculum that promotes student wellbeing.
- Leading continuous improvement and innovation using data‑informed practice to enhance teaching, learning and student outcomes.
- Managing organisational administration, staff formation, and student behaviour management.
Qualifications and experience
- Proven leadership experience within secondary education.
- A strong commitment to Catholic education; active member of a Catholic Eucharistic community.
- Full accreditation to teach Religious Education and membership of the Queensland College of Teachers.
- Demonstrated ability to develop inclusive, values‑driven leadership and model Christian values in the classroom.
