Position: Insurance Administrative Support (Part-Time, Flexible, Remote)

About Us:
We are a commercial insurance brokerage seeking a skilled admin professional to support our senior broker. This is a part-time, flexible role with the opportunity to work remotely.
Role Overview:
You will assist the senior broker by handling administrative tasks, allowing them to focus on client relationships and business growth. A solid understanding of insurance processes is required, as you will be actively supporting day-to-day insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the senior broker
- Assist in administration and preparation of documents for the broker including London market slips/ risk presentation , policy checking/debiting/client reports and summaries .
- Manage data entry, scheduling, and follow-ups
- Support outsourced admin tasks to streamline workflow
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the UK ,commercial liabilities and property with a good base knowledge will help
- Strong understanding of insurance processes and terminology
- organizational and communication skills that relate to what an underwriter needs from the broker will help
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Salary: We can offer day rate ranging between £150 -£180 depending on your circumstances, your contribution, and the amount of time that is available.
