Part-Time, Remote

Location: Work from Home

Hours: Up to 20 hours per week, flexible schedule

About Us

We are an independent commercial insurance brokerage looking for an experienced insurance professional to support our Senior Broker.

The Role

You will provide administrative and technical support across our commercial insurance accounts, helping to manage day‑to‑day insurance operations and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Broker.
  • Prepare and process insurance documentation.
  • Assist with policy checking, debiting and client reports.
  • Prepare London Market slips and risk presentations where required.
  • Manage data entry, diary management, and follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in UK commercial insurance.
  • Good knowledge of commercial property and liability insurance.
  • Understanding of insurance processes and underwriter requirements.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
