The Role
They are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised Business Support Officer to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support across the organisation. This key role is central to ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation. You will act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining efficient systems and processes with a keen eye to detail, supporting the management and operations team in all areas of the business in delivering a high standard of service. It will include:
- All aspects of property administration.
- Coordinating and scheduling activities to ensure that all statutory requirements are met.
- Providing management information on day-to-day operations using the management information and operation platforms in practice.
- Providing financial support by processing purchases and sales invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Supporting Board meetings by attending, undertaking minute taking, and providing full administration duties.
They are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive and able to prioritise workload effectively.
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Professional, discreet and trustworthy.
- A strong team player with a flexible approach.
Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- Min of 4 GCSEs, or equivalent, including English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.
- NVQ Level 3 / HND in Business Administration/Studies, or equivalent, or minimum of 3 years working experience in administration or office management/support.
- Be IT literate, with working experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
