Towns Bathrooms is an independent, design-led bathroom showroom with big growth ambitions — and we’re looking for a salesperson to help take us to the next level. You will work alongside our expert design team to ensure we maximise every opportunity and that our customers receive the full service they deserve.
The Role
- Qualifying incoming bathroom and water treatment leads
- Carrying out in-home visits and bathroom measure-up
- Fulfilling the sales process from start to finish
- Selling water softeners and water treatment solutions alongside bathrooms
- Working closely with our designers to deliver a smooth customer journey
- Representing the business at local Business Networking meetings
Who We’re Looking For
This role is for you if:
- You have a proven track record in closing new business
- You are confident selling face-to-face away from the comfort of our showroom
- Negotiating doesn’t scare you
- You sell on service, expertise, and trust
- You are organised, driven, and follow-up focused
- You enjoy targets, accountability, and winning
- Experience in bathrooms, kitchens, home improvements, or similar is a big plus but not essential
- If you have experience selling technical or lifestyle products (e.g. water softeners) is even better
- If you have never had a job in sales before but believe the above requirements match your skill set, we want to talk to you.
