The office has a healthy pipeline involving small and medium-sized residential schemes, local plan promotion, rural development and planning appeals. The emphasis is on thoughtful advice and well-managed projects rather than simply processing volume.
What you will be doing
- This is a leadership appointment with real influence over the growth and direction of the planning offer.
- You will originate and lead work, develop senior client relationships and create opportunities for the wider team.
- The successful person will have the freedom to shape a sector, client group or regional market, supported by an established platform and a strong pipeline of existing instructions.
- Preparing or overseeing planning appraisals, applications and supporting statements.
- Mentoring junior planners and reviewing technical work.
