Our approach focuses on in-the-moment learning, allowing children to develop at their own pace while building confidence and independence.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our setting and continue delivering high-quality early years care and education. This is a hands-on leadership role, where you will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the nursery, supporting staff, engaging with children, and building strong relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and inspire a small team to deliver outstanding childcare
- Ensure full compliance with the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery
- Maintain high standards of care, learning, and development
- Build strong partnerships with parents and carers
- Manage staff performance, development, and wellbeing
- Support occupancy growth and maintain strong relationships within the local community
- Prepare for and lead on Ofsted inspections
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum)
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Confident leadership and team management skills
- Passion for creating a nurturing, child-focused environment
