ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our growing Technology team and help support both our head office and salon technology infrastructure. This is an incredible opportunity to kick-start or progress your IT career at one of the UK’s most exciting and fastest-growing scale-ups. Reporting to the IT Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our IT systems, delivering brilliant technical support, and helping shape the tech backbone behind Townhouse’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day IT support to both our Support Centre and salon teams
- Manage onboarding/offboarding (joiners and leavers) processes including setting up accounts and devices
- Maintain and support our Windows laptop estate and Office 365 environment
- Support the management of our helpdesk and ensure timely resolution of tickets
- Assist in deploying, maintaining and troubleshooting iPads and Apple devices
- Collaborate with the wider tech team on rollouts, upgrades, and IT projects
- Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge base
- Help implement improvements to drive efficiency and user experience
