We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our growing Technology team and help support both our head office and salon technology infrastructure. Reporting to the IT Team Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our IT systems, delivering brilliant technical support, and helping shape the tech backbone behind Townhouse’s expansion. From London HQ to salons across the UK and internationally — you’ll help keep it all running smoothly. Provide day-to-day IT support to both our Support Centre and salon teams Manage onboarding/offboarding (joiners and leavers) processes including setting up accounts and devices Maintain and support our Windows laptop estate and Office 365 environment Support the management of our helpdesk and ensure timely resolution of tickets Collaborate with the wider tech team on rollouts, upgrades, and IT projects Help implement improvements to drive efficiency and user experience Experience in an employee-facing IT support role Familiarity with Windows laptops and Microsoft 365 administration Experience using Service Desk tools Our office is based in Central London and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
