ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a commercially driven, digitally native Head of Growth to join our fast-paced marketing team and play a pivotal role in accelerating our expansion. This is an incredible opportunity for a strategic thinker and hands-on operator to take real ownership of performance marketing, CRM, ecommerce, and corporate sales at one of the UK’s most talked-about beauty brands. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll lead a talented team to bring to life a connected, high-impact marketing strategy that delivers results across every stage of the customer journey.

This is a fast-paced, collaborative role—perfect for someone with strong commercial instincts, digital know-how, and a passion for testing, learning, and scaling what works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead Townhouse’s growth strategy across acquisition, retention, and conversion.
  • Drive performance marketing efforts (paid social, PPC, SEO, affiliates) and optimise for results.
  • Oversee the CRM strategy and deliver high-impact, personalised, and automated journeys.
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey, maximising lifetime value and conversion across all digital touchpoints.
  • Lead ecommerce and CRO efforts, constantly optimising UX and reducing drop-offs.
  • Manage budgets effectively and ensure that all campaigns deliver strong ROI.
  • Support and scale corporate sales and events, identifying new revenue opportunities through partnerships, group bookings, and gifting.
  • Work closely with digital and development teams to ensure frictionless booking, website, and email experiences.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven experience in a growth, digital marketing, or commercial role within a fast-paced brand, agency or scale-up.
  • Deep knowledge across performance marketing, CRM, and ecommerce—with a clear track record of success.
  • Strategic thinker who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done.
  • Commercially minded and highly data-driven, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Confident team manager and cross-functional collaborator.
  • Passionate about customer experience, with a love for beauty, lifestyle, or hospitality.
  • Curious, proactive, and constantly seeking smarter ways to drive results.

LOCATION:

Our office is based in Central London and we offer a hybrid working model, aligned with role requirements.
