As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll take ownership of recruitment across our Support Centre and Salons, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their teams and hire the best talent. You'll be predominantly recruiting for our Support Centre and will flex into Salon recruitment, depending on wherever hiring demand across the business is highest. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and advertising through to offer and onboarding, while acting as a guardian of our Townhouse values throughout the candidate journey. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to employer branding, process improvement and wider talent initiatives as we continue to grow our global business. Lead Permanent and Temporary recruitment for our Support Centre. Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and advertising through to offer and onboarding. Be creative and proactive in candidate sourcing, building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS, supporting pre-employment checks and onboarding coordination as needed. Contribute to process improvement, employer branding and wider talent initiatives during quieter recruitment periods. Recruit for Salon teams during busy periods, flexing your focus according to where hiring demand is highest. When recruiting for Salons, hit weekly hours targets and KPIs while keeping vacancy rates as close to zero as possible. Proven experience in an in-house multi-site environment or agency recruitment. Experience flexing your recruitment focus across multiple business areas, such as salons and central teams, in response to changing business demand. Highly organised, flexible and able to prioritise effectively across a varied and constantly changing workload. A data-driven mindset, with experience using recruitment metrics and AI to optimise processes and analyse performance.
