ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for an Area Manager to oversee multiple salon locations, driving commercial success, people development and high operational standards. This role will be hands-on and fast-paced, working closely with the Salon and Operations teams with a primary focus supporting and developing the Salon Managers to deliver a flawless customer experience, maintain operational excellence, and achieve commercial targets. This is a field-based role, ideal for an empowering leader who is results-oriented, people focused and strives for operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • People: Lead and support Salon Managers with hands-on leadership. Ensure effective communication and full management team in place. Manage rotas, training, performance reviews, and Talent Mapping.
  • Customer: Address customer feedback promptly with Salons Managers and Customer Care. Coach Salon Managers to enhance customer journey and drive upsells. Continuously improve salon operations and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Operations: Audit compliance, cleanliness, safety, and stock levels. Ensure maintenance issues are monitored and resolved. Drive performance, marketing plans, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
