Position: Part-Time Custodian
Location: St. James at The Park Condominiums - Cincinnati, OH
Pay Rate: $16-$18/hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Working Hours: Monday through Friday, 7am - 11am (15 hours per week)
Who You Are:
- Relevant experience and a basic understanding of custodial duties.
- Capable of lifting and pushing 50 pounds and climbing stairs.
- Willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered the position.
What You Will Do:
- Clean hallways, stairs, shared areas, and elevators.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Empty trash & recyclables on each floor.
- Take out the garbage twice per week (includes pushing a dumpster to the outside garbage area).
