Location: Bishop's Gate at Somerset - Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: Part-time with flexible weekday hours, one required weekday shift 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., plus two Saturdays per month 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Pay: $17 to $18/hour + commissions and bonuses

Bring energy and creativity to your community! In this role, you’ll plan engaging resident events while supporting leasing efforts and creating a welcoming, connected living experience.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and coordinate resident events within budget
- Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, etc.)
- Manage vendors and event logistics
- Create newsletters, social media content, and community updates
- Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and support leasing activities
- Show apartments and assist with applications and lease paperwork
- Maintain accurate records and enter data in Yardi
Bring Your Skills
Ideal candidates may have experience in multifamily leasing, property management, hospitality, event planning, or customer-facing administrative roles.
- 1+ year of leasing, event planning, or sales experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a plus
- Comfortable with event setup and light lifting
- Experience with social media and community engagement preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and auto insurance required
