This is a really high-end job for a top Housekeeper who is also happy to look after children. You would be working for a friendly professional British family who have three children, 10, 8 and 4 years old - they also have a Labrador dog.
They are looking for a housekeeper to:
- Keep the house clean and beautifully presented
- Do the laundry
- Know how to look after fine fabrics and designer clothing
- Pack and unpack suitcases
- Manage the wardrobe
- Deal with suppliers and contractors when necessary
- Cook simple healthy family-style food
- Walk their dog
There is another housekeeper who comes in to help you. The family have a full-time nanny, so you will need to help with the children on occasion when needed. You will also be travelling with the family if they need you to, so you must have an EU passport.
It is essential that you have worked as a housekeeper with childcare in a private home for at least 3 years with suitable references, and you must be able to cook simple healthy family food. You will need to speak good English, be friendly and reliable, and be happy to travel with the family.
This is a five-day-a-week live-in job, and your days off will be Tuesday and Wednesday. Your accommodation will be your own bedroom, bathroom, and you will have the use of your own kitchen and a sitting room.
The family are looking for a real 'superstar' candidate and are happy to pay an excellent salary in the region of £450 to £500 net per week - possibly negotiable for a very experienced candidate.
