The Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our talented bar team at Town. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, serving drinks with a smile, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve a wide array of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to our guests
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well‑stocked bar area, ensuring all health and safety standards are met
- Engage with guests, providing recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with the bar team to develop new cocktail recipes and enhance our drink offerings
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently and accurately
Requirements
- Previous experience as a bartender in a busy bar or restaurant (approx. 1‑2 years)
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, and classic cocktails
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Legal right to work in the UK and flexibility to work evenings and weekends

- Hours & rota: full‑time, 5 days over 7 including evenings and weekends; rotas shared in advance
